Employment Application

I understand that neither the completion of this application nor any other part of my consideration for employment establishes any obligation for Fences Unlimited and the Stove Shoppe to hire me.

If I am hired, I understand that Fences Unlimited and the Stove Shoppe is an “at will” employer.
“At will” employment means that both Fences Unlimited and the Stove Shoppe or I have the right to terminate employment at any time and for any reason, with or without cause and without prior notice. I understand that no representative of Fences Unlimited and the Stove Shoppe has the authority to make any assurance to the contrary.

I attest with my signature below that I have given to Fences Unlimited and the Stove Shoppe true and complete information on this application. No requested information has been concealed. I understand that any misrepresentations in this application or any attachment, or any omission of material facts is grounds for denial of employment or immediate dismissal of not discovered by Fences Unlimited and the Stove Shoppe until after my becoming employed.

I hereby give Fences Unlimited and the Stove Shoppe permission to contact schools, all previous employers (unless otherwise indicated), references and others, and hereby release Fences Unlimited an the Stove Shoppe from any liability as a result of such contact. Further, I release the above mentioned references from any and all liability for any damages that may result from information collected by Fences Unlimited an the Stove Shoppe.
